Mito-cho Kanedani-jozan Sakura
Mito-cho is a very beautiful village. Local people planted many cherry-blossom
trees along Rout 191. It becomes hazy with pink petals in April.
You may feel as if you are walking in a fairyland.
Drooping Cherryblossom at Ikoji Temple
It is said that this Cherry-blossom tree is the offspring of the tree which
was planted by Sesshu Toyo. Sesshu was the main priest of this temple and
the founder of Japanese Ink Painting.
