Kurotsuka (The Black Mound)
A Buddhist monk and his two footmen were in training, and they stayed at
the house of a woman whom they met in the mountain. However the woman was
a disguised evil gold fox with nine tails, and the two footmen were eaten.
Later two warriors overcame the evil fox.
This play was inspired by the Noh play, Kurozuka, and there are many other Noh-influenced plays in Iwami Kagura.
